I know you’d much rather be shopping for dahlias than reading terms and conditions ( I would too!). But these are the important bits that help make sale day run smoothly for everyone. Thanks for taking a moment to read through them.
🌸 Product Information
All tubers are sold as single tubers unless otherwise stated.
Every tuber is carefully inspected before dispatch and is guaranteed to have at least one viable eye at the time of shipping.
As dahlias are a natural product, tuber size, shape, and appearance will vary between varieties
🌟 Availability
All tubers are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Stock is only secured once your order has been completed and payment has been received.
💰 Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders that are not successfully paid for may be cancelled.
🚚 Shipping
$20 Flat Rate
Combined shipping is available please email me all of your order numbers, A maximum of 3 orders can be combined
Orders will be shipped in October once we can sight a growing shoot (eye) Shipping dates may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.
We can not ship to Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory due to quarantine restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct.
💐 Plant Health
Dale’s Dahlias takes great care in producing healthy planting stock.
All tubers are inspected before dispatch. However, as dahlias are living plants, we cannot guarantee their performance once planted, as growing conditions are beyond our control.
🧐 Variety Accuracy
Every effort is made to ensure tubers are true to variety.
In the unlikely event of a labelling error, please contact us. Our liability is limited to a replacement tuber (if available) or a refund of the purchase price.
🌻 Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of dahlia tubers, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
f your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your tubers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist.

Customers are responsible for providing suitable growing conditions.
Dale’s Dahlias cannot be held responsible for losses caused by weather, pests, disease, storage, or incorrect planting or care.
🤯 Biosecurity
Customers are responsible for complying with any quarantine or biosecurity requirements that apply in their state or territory.

Dale’s Dahlias follows strict hygiene and inspection practices throughout the growing, lifting, dividing, and packing process. Every tuber is individually inspected before sale. While no grower can guarantee absolute freedom from naturally occurring pests or diseases in living plant material, we are committed to supplying the healthiest tubers possible and maintaining high biosecurity standards.
